Doctor in Home is also an excellent collaboration tool using its Gallery, Blog and Video conference plugins. There is an internal messaging system within Doctor in Home but you can also integrate it with external communication tools like email and texting. Patients can book appointment with doctor according to doctor schedule. It will be in waiting list and doctor can confirm or cancel the appointment, the respective notification will be sent to both. Patient records includes patients list and patient history which includes the details of treatment.
The application also has an option to refer other doctor option to refer patient to other doctor. The front end designing was developed completely using twitter bootstrap. This application is deployed in Heroku cloud platform.
